RETURN POLICY
Since all products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind, or if you ordered the wrong size. Of course, if there is a manufacturing defect, you can always request a return by emailing returns@gnbh.shop. Note that you must request a return within 30 days of the item(s) being shipped.
After receiving your request for a return, we will reply with a return confirmation email. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation email to 2210 Sunset Blvd, Suite 33, Los Angeles, CA 90026. Orders returned without a return confirmation email, or returned after 7 days of receiving the return confirmation email, will not be accepted for replacement or exchange.

REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items returned due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced and the new item will be shipped to you according to our Shipping policy. If you decide that you do not want the replacement item, we will provide a store credit for the price of the original item only, not including tax and shipping.
